Behold!
The Antikytheutix!

Another Fantasy Genesis roll, this time I got squid, clockwork and Saturn’s rings.

I used Fantasy Genesis to generate a random creature concept and got Newt, Ape and Fern. These little guys are what came out of that.

Much better than yesterday! Her head’s a little too big and the expression is a bit off, but I’m pleased with it.

Here we go!

I used to draw all the time.

At some point a few years ago, I started doing it less… and less… and less.

I’ve been “meaning to get back into drawing” for nearly as long, but there’s always something else to do, somewhere else to be, something else to watch.

I heard of the “thing-a-day” concept a while ago (probably via a Jonathan Coulton song), and thought it sounded like a good way to get back in the habit. Well, after mere months of thinking about what a good way to get back in the habit it must be, I finally got around to setting up the requisite blog and doing it!

And then I wasted a few more minutes writing an introductory post for it. Awesome.

No more procrastinating, here we go!
